The Giving and Accepting Gifts Policy regulates gift exchanges to prevent conflicts of interest, ensuring transparency and ethical business conduct.

Anti-Corruption Plan
The Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) of the CSSB Group of Companies contains due diligence through the implementation of a more transparent and preventive action plan to strengthen CSSB’s organizational governance in combating issues related to corruption and integrity.
Whistle Blower Policy
Created to protect individuals who play a role in channeling information about improper behavior and detecting elements of criminal misconduct, corruption, violations of the organization’s code of conduct and ethics.
