Shah Alam, 19 December 2025 — Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB) today formalised a strategic milestone through the signing of Share Sales & Purchase Agreement and Shareholders Agreement with Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBI) for the disposal of 80% shares in Urbancubes Sdn. Bhd.
The agreements were signed by YBhg. Dato’ Ts. Saipolyazan M. Yusop, Group Chief Executive Officer of MBI, and Encik Mohd Zapi bin Abdullah, a Member of the Board of Directors of CSSB.
Held at Bangunan Darul Ehsan, Shah Alam, the ceremony was witnessed by Encik Amran Abdul Wahab, Chief Operating Officer of CSSB, and Encik Muhammad Hudhaifa bin Ahmad, Head of Group Strategy and Corporate Services at MBI. Also in attendance was Encik Shahrulnizam Ahmad, General Manager of Urbancubes Sdn. Bhd.
This acquisition underscores CSSB’s continuous commitment to support the THRIVE28 strategic transformation plan by MBI while monetizing its investment in Urbancubes Sdn Bhd.

Central Spectrum Terima Anugerah Penyumbang Zakat di Majlis IMTIYAZ 2025
SHAH ALAM, 16 Disember 2025 – Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB) hari ini menerima anugerah penghargaan dalam Majlis Iktiraf Muzakki dan Penyerahan Zakat (IMTIYAZ) 2025 anjuran Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) yang berlangsung di Dewan Orkid, Wisma PKPS, Shah Alam.
CSSB diwakili oleh Ketua Pegawai Operasinya, Tuan Amran Abdul Wahab, bersama-sama wakil kakitangan syarikat. Pada majlis ini, CSSB diiktiraf sebagai antara penyumbang zakat perniagaan utama dengan sumbangan berjumlah RM1,093,836.
Majlis tersebut turut dihadiri oleh 56 syarikat korporat lain. Antara tetamu kehormat yang hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Pengerusi LZS, YM Tan Sri Syed Anwar Jamalullail; Timbalan Pengerusi LZS, YADH. Tan Sri Dato’ Setia Ambrin Buang; serta Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif LZS, YBrs. Tuan Mohd Khaidzir Shahari.
CSSB kekal beriltizam untuk terus menunaikan kewajipan zakat secara konsisten dan penuh integriti, selaras dengan aspirasi Kerajaan Negeri Selangor dalam memperkukuh ekosistem kebajikan dan pembangunan sosial yang mampan.
